Vales Point Power Station Unit 5 will restart from 4.30am on Tuesday 23 December, following the planned major maintenance outage. Start-up is expected to be completed around 5.30am on Thursday 25 December. This timing may vary due to operational factors. If the timing changes by more than 24 hours, the community will be notified. During this time, nearby residents may notice slightly increased noise and water vapour from the station.
