          Apprentice Program 
    At Delta, we challenge ourselves to seek new ways to grow and develop as an organisation. In order to do that it is important that we invest in the next generation of trades people in our industry. Our apprentices and trainees are an important part of Delta’s future, joining a team that is multi-skilled, adaptive and firmly focused on safety in everything that we do.
At Delta we build futures, not just careers. Our diverse career opportunities have seen our former apprentices and trainees grow into leaders within our business.
Our apprentices undertake a four-year program covering all aspects of a large industrial operation, whilst combining on the job experience with formal training. Our Trainees undertake focused training to develop and refine their skills in their chosen speciality. Delta is committed to apprentice and trainee programs that not only allow progression towards toward a formal qualification but ensure relevant training that prepares our people for the challenges of a rapidly changing industry.

                Our interview process is a two-way conversation designed to ensure the right fit for both the candidate and our team. You’ll meet with the hiring manager and a member of our People & Culture team, giving you the opportunity to share more about yourself and your experience.  
             
        
     
        
            
                Step 5. Pre-employment checks
                Delta conducts pre-employment checks for all successful candidates. Depending on the role's requirements, these may include pre-employment medical, background checks, and reference checks. 
             
        
     
        
            
                Step 6. Offer
                Once pre-employment checks are complete we will provide all offer documentation, a welcome pack and onboarding information. When you accept the role, we will agree on a start date and help you prepare for your first day.
