Vales Point Enviromental Compliance 

Vales Point Power Station operates under an Environment Protection Licence (EPL) as mandated by the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997. This licence outlines the operational conditions, including monitoring and discharge points, pollution concentration limits, and reporting requirements, all aimed at minimising the environmental impact of the power station.

In compliance with the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997, Vales Point Power Station publishes environmental monitoring data and Pollution Incident Response Management Plans (PIRMP). These reports are updated monthly and provide summaries of water quality, stack emissions, and ambient air quality data collected during the reporting period.
