In July 2025, Delta took an important step in our reconciliation journey by launching our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.
Our Reflect RAP formalises our commitment to taking meaningful action toward reconciliation. It provides a clear framework for how we listen, reflect and learn as we work to build genuine and enduring relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Developed in collaboration with our people, our RAP is grounded in our organisational values and is focused on:
- Deepening our understanding of Culture and Country.
- Building strong, respectful relationships with First Nations stakeholders.
- Taking meaningful action across four key focus areas – Relationships, Respect, Opportunities and Governance.
These actions work together to embed reconciliation, respect and inclusion into our workplace culture, guiding how we work, learn and grow as an organisation.
