Delta is excited to welcome Sally Rayner as our new Chief Operating Officer.

Sally brings more than 20 years’ experience leading complex, asset-driven organisations across the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors and she is known for her collaborative, outcomes-focused leadership and commitment to safety and operational excellence.

“Sally brings strong expertise across large-scale, complex operations, along with a clear focus on people, safety and performance,” Richard said. “Her leadership will be important as we continue to strengthen our mining and generation operations and deliver stable, reliable and affordable energy for NSW.”

Sally said she was looking forward to starting in the role and getting to know teams across the organisation.

“I’m pleased to be joining Delta at such an important time for the sector,” Sally said. “I’m excited to work with our people to build on strong operational foundations, strengthen our focus on safety and operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement as we deliver safe, reliable outcomes and support future growth.”
